We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our Utilities team based at Airport Road, Belfast. What will you be responsible for?
Reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will provide a professional an efficient service for the commercial department controlling the purchase ledger process, from purchase orders, processing delivery tickets to the reconciliation of supplier invoices.
Your day to day will include:
- Processing Delivery tickets
- Ordering Materials
- Completing purchase requisitions and requests for new accounts
- Coding support plant and entering on the computerised costing system.
- Resolving invoicing queries and other general administration duties as required
What are we looking for?
This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if:
- Experience with data input and administration
- Relevant experience in a purchase ledger role
- Good IT skill in Excel/Word and Outlook
