As Commercial Manager, your role will be key to assisting our Head of Commercial with the strategic leadership, direction and development of our Housing Maintenance business - which delivers housing repairs and maintenance, void services, planned works, project work and fire safety, to our clients.

In this exciting role, you'll identify new commercial opportunities, drive business growth and undertake responsibility for commercial, surveying, procurement and administration activities.

As an integral member of our commercial team, you'll provide commercial expertise and assist with the tender production / settlement process, whilst driving team performance and business profitability.

If you have a broad knowledge of contract law, a relevant degree, excellent people management skills, commercial focus and drive - ideally alongside some commercial management experience in the Housing Maintenance industry, this could be the role for you.
