Location: St Mellons, Cardiff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service Team on a 12 month fixed term basis.
The team is responsible for responding to all written customer queries and complaints regarding their sewerage, water and billing services. As a Customer Care Advisor you will fully investigate each customer query, liaising with other departments to ensure that the root cause of the customer issue is identified. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a 'right first time attitude you will take pride in case managing the customers query until it is fully resolved.
You will be an excellent communicator who is able to use your knowledge to identify the best solution for the customer and the Company, and respond to the customer using the most appropriate communication style. You will be able to provide constructive feedback to any staff member or department that has been cited in the customers query.
The ability to speak Welsh and respond to written correspondence in Welsh will be a distinct advantage.
