Job Description

Salary: Band 3 (£21,246 - £24,140)

Duration: 7 Months

Location: Kinmel Park, North Wales


Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00
Approximately 11 shifts within the 7 months of 10:00- 18:00
These hours will be reviewed in April 2020. Any changes to the above will be notified in line
with company policies and procedures.

Job Summary

You will join a team of enthusiastic Case Officers who pride themselves on the service they provide to our customers. Youll need to be highly motivated, empathetic and committed to resolving any issues that may arise. Youll be contacting customers, usually by phone, liaising with our contract partners and other stakeholders and ensuring a great customer experience from start to finish.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to deal with sometimes difficult situations in a friendly and professional manner will be required.
