Job Title - Digital Transformation Manager

Location - Brent/Watford and surrounding areas
Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What you’ll do
You will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of the Brent and Watford contracts. This will include but not be limited to automating back-office processes to reduce administration, improving system usage and data quality and owning system changes to ensure changing operational and client requirements are met.
A successful digital transformation will be measured through a reduction in SG&A costs and improvements into system usage and data quality. Additionally the transformation should reduce the administrative burden on operational management teams enabling them to focus on operational performance and workforce management.
The experience you will need
You will be degree level educated in a relevant field (maths, science, business, information systems, environmental services) with experience in an operational management or analytical role
You will have high problem solving ability with strong communication and presentation skills. With strong negotiation and persuasion skills, you will also be proactive and forward thinking.
