We're looking for a Document Controller to join our Regional Civils team working on our Bridgwater Tidal Barrier contract.

Location: Bridgwater Tidal Barrier, Somerset

Contract: Permanent, Full Time flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

What will you be responsible for?

As a Document Controller, you'll be working within the Regional Civils team, providing support to the team with the design and build of the Bridgwater Tidal Barrier Project.

Your day to day will include:

  • Developing, implementing and managing the Project's document control process
  • Validating of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the Common Data Environments (CDE)
  • Providing support to the site team to access documents and records in a timely and controlled manner
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to quality standards

What are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller is great for you if:

  • Successful experience of working in a general administration support role and/or on large projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources.
  • Demonstrate experience in the successful implementation of a Documentation Management System
  • Detailed experience in Document Control on construction projects or in Preconstruction teams (or similar environments) dealing with distribution of documents, drawings, comments and RFI's
