This programme consists of rotational placements and therefore you must be willing to relocate as and when the programme requires.
Qualifications:You must have, or be predicted to gain, a 2:2 degree classification or above in your degree discipline.

We help them to understand individuals and to harness their strengths.
You will provide “internal customers” with support on HR issues and works with them to develop and build business focused people strategies and support the associated implementation activities. You will also provide professional guidance to managers and staff at all levels in the organisation in relation to a range of HR topics such as: Resourcing, Talent, case management, reward and other transactional service. You will also be actively involved in supporting the Group CoE’s which includes activities relating to performance, organisational design and data and analytics.
What you'll do
- Support all Centres of Expertise (CoE in developing and delivering the people strategy for specific business areas;
- Ensure that HR support is value adding and customer focused;
- Provide broad operational HR support to line managers in a way that builds their people management capability
- Support to managers in building the performance of individuals
- Work with managers to ensure succession pools underpin key posts
- Facilitate the development of effective teams
- Advise on sourcing of vacancies
- Help develop workforce plans
- Ensure the employment framework is compliant with prevailing law and aligned to business needs
- Promote effective consultation and communication processes
- Work with managers to ensure appropriate retention strategies are put in place
