Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst
Location: Reading, Havant, Cardiff or Glasgow
Salary: £35,850 - £47,346 depending on skills and experience
Permanent | Full Time Hours with flexible working patterns available
The Marketing Data Analyst will initially be responsible for working with the Smart Marketing team. This focuses on the marketing around the government mandate to continue to roll out smart metering to our customers. You'll define and implement targeted and sequenced campaign data selections and campaign optimisation processes. This will include the deployment of a variety of propensity to buy and segmentation models and the application of appropriate and measurable test plans.
You'll be working with the marketing data manager to manage and influence work flow and campaign scheduling and in this respect, you'll really have the freedom to make a marked difference in this area. This really is a crucial time to be joining the team as they start their automation journey. Its a time of change for the team, with plenty of opportunity to be involved across many different campaigns supporting the marketing teams.
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will be used to working in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You'll have marketing automation experience or have worked in a marketing campaign environment on data and campaign delivery. The role is more than just working with data though and so wed like you to perhaps have experience building campaign canvasses.
You'll have experience of Oracle databases, ELOQUA or a similar campaign management tool, as well as SQL skills as you'll be Interpreting data briefs for multichannel customer journeys. Working with marketing data manager to manage and influence work flow and campaign scheduling - master of your own destiny within this boundary.
You'll be working closely with the marketing comm's team, so you'll need strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. We also work in using agile methodologies so if you've got experience in agile, great!
