We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as an Project Coordinator, within our Energy Team in Exeter.

The Role:

The Project Coordinator will work with the Energy Team to deliver a varied portfolio of projects and will be required to assist with project management and reporting.

The role will support the delivery of South West Water’s energy efficiency targets, strategy and work on specified programmes to grow our engagement and expertise in the field. The projects will look at energy reduction that can be identified by data collection, analysis of current practices and will develop business cases to make efficient interventions that are the best use of South West Water’s resources. 

The ideal Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator:

The Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator role is an exciting position for someone eager to use their project coordination and relationship building skills, has a passion for Energy and a desire to progress. This position within South West Water requires someone who thinks creatively, seizes opportunities, adapts by listening to stakeholders, and has the confidence to be a champion for their work internally within South West Water and with external partners. You will also have:

  • Project coordination and relationship building skills
  • Understanding of engineering principles
  • Ability to examine complex information and obtain further information to make accurate decisions
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
