Salary - circa £30,000 dependent on skills and experience

What will you be doing?

To help us to achieve this we are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our high performing recruitment team to attract the best talent to the business, on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
You'll work collaboratively with the business to provide advice and guidance on all recruitment activity. By proactively managing each recruitment campaign you'll attract and select the best candidates utilising the most appropriate methods of attraction and selection, whilst ensuring compliance with our Recruitment & Selection policy. This will involve creating recruitment strategies for management, non-management and operational roles, leveraging direct sourcing channels to both attract talent as well as develop talent pipelines for scarce skills.
With a focus on delivering a great customer experience for both Hiring Managers and candidates, you'll make sure that we are promoting the Anglian Water employer brand to deliver our employer of choice goal. You'll also work on recruitment related projects.
What do you need?
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who has the passion and flair for delivering an essential service to attract, select and retain the best talent. In particular, you'll need to have:
- Extensive experience from within an in-house recruitment team or a recruitment agency
- A strong understanding of employment law relating to recruitment and selection
- Experience of writing recruitment adverts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Resilience and a positive attitude to deliver in a busy, and at times, challenging environment
- Experience of running recruitment projects
