About the role
We are currently looking for a Resource Planner to join our busy team in Durham. Working as a Resource Planner the successful candidate will work within the Forecasting and Resource team managing short, medium, long term resource and development as well as ensuring day to day operational functions are maintained. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that both internal and external performance targets are maximised and Regulatory requirements are met.
You’ll be required to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders attending meetings and ensuring information is shared, making recommendations based on data that is provided
You’ll be responsible for ensuring resource plans are up to date with accurate forecast information and be able to understand shift rotas and requirements to manage the resource with the office.
The Successful candidate will have proven experience of managing resource levels in operational and office teams. You’ll also have a good understanding of the planning and scheduling teams and their objectives.
You’ll have excellent communications skills both written and verbal as well as advanced excel experience.
