Salary: Band 05R (£27,698 - £30,270)

What youll do

As a team leader you will be responsible for leading a team of advisors who deal with a wide variety of queries from customers, anything from moving house to no water. You will need to be able to work in a busy and challenging environment and also be flexible and self-motivated.

You will manage, coach and motivate a team within the contact centre, contributing to and supporting the implementation of the department business plan to meet business objectives.
