We are currently looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services team on-site in our Priorswood office. This is a key role for us, where you will provide administrative support for our Somerset and Devon contract.
Manage all communications from suppliers, lease companies, sub-contractors & clients (internal & external)
Process supplier & client invoices
Process all relevant compliance paperwork onto Key 2 and send out to clients for your workshops
Ensure the daily administration of your allotted workshops is carried out in a timely manner
Cascade schedule of all vehicle maintenance to all relevant workshops
Support the workshops staff with administration queries across a wide range of subjects
Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required daily and be prepared to cover other staff
We're looking for:
Microsoft office experience
Working knowledge of JAMMA Key2 fleet management programme (desirable)
Experience of working in client lead organisation
Purchase ledger/sales ledger experience
The ability to be reactive to urgent issues such as vehicle breakdowns
Be organised & structured in dealing with your workload, reacting to changes in priorities and deadlines
