Job Description

We are currently looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services team on-site in our Priorswood office. This is a key role for us, where you will provide administrative support for our Somerset and Devon contract.




You'll:

  • Manage all communications from suppliers, lease companies, sub-contractors & clients (internal & external)
  • Process supplier & client invoices
  • Process all relevant compliance paperwork onto Key 2 and send out to clients for your workshops
  • Ensure the daily administration of your allotted workshops is carried out in a timely manner
  • Cascade schedule of all vehicle maintenance to all relevant workshops
  • Support the workshops staff with administration queries across a wide range of subjects
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required daily and be prepared to cover other staff

We're looking for:

  • Microsoft office experience
  • Working knowledge of JAMMA Key2 fleet management programme (desirable)
  • Experience of working in client lead organisation
  • Purchase ledger/sales ledger experience
  • The ability to be reactive to urgent issues such as vehicle breakdowns
  • Be organised & structured in dealing with your workload, reacting to changes in priorities and deadlines
